Welcome to the BICC Business Marketplace ("the Marketplace"), owned and operated by the Brethren In Christ Church (BICC) Zimbabwe.

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using this platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register or use the Marketplace.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Marketplace means the BICC Business Marketplace website, Progressive Web Application (PWA), associated services, software, APIs and future mobile applications.
User means any individual who creates an account or accesses the Marketplace.
Advertiser means a user who publishes advertisements promoting products or services.
Premium Advertiser means an advertiser with an active Premium subscription.
Administrator means an authorised representative appointed by the Brethren In Christ Church Zimbabwe to manage the Marketplace.

2. Eligibility

To use the Marketplace, you must:

3. User Accounts

7. Premium Membership

Premium Membership provides additional features and promotional advantages.

Premium fees are published within the Marketplace and may change from time to time.

Premium subscriptions are activated after successful payment confirmation.

Payments are processed using approved payment providers.

Premium subscriptions and sponsored adverts are generally non-refundable once activated.

11. Reviews and Ratings

Administrators may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

Continued use of the Marketplace after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
